Valentin Florea is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Mollie since October 2022, Valentin previously held multiple leadership positions at Talpa eCommerce from January 2014 to September 2022, including Head of Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering Manager. Early career experience includes roles at NEP Group, Inc. and Perfect World Entertainment, where contributions included developing media editing solutions and managing critical production environments. Valentin's technical expertise encompasses backend and frontend development, with a strong foundation in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. An alumnus of Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, Valentin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automatics and Applied Informatics.
