Mehmet Aydın Bahadır has had a diverse range of roles and experiences in the field of software engineering. Mehmet Aydın is currently working as a Software Engineer at Mollie since August 2019. Previously, from November 2017 to August 2019, they worked at Wonderkind as a Software Engineer. Mehmet Aydın also had a role as a Software Engineer at bunq from May 2017 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Mars Sportif from October 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Support Engineer at Legend Club Management during the same period. Prior to that, they were a Software Specialist at Turkmen Holding from November 2013 to November 2014. Mehmet Aydın was also a Lead Developer at Biber Ltd. from August 2011 to May 2013. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Students to Business Program Moderator at Microsoft from August 2009 to June 2010.

Mehmet Aydın Bahadır earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from Istanbul Technical University, between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, from 2005 to 2010. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Architecting with Google Cloud Platform Specialization from Coursera in May 2018.
