Caro van Dijk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Manager, HR Business Partners GTM & Enablement at Mollie since September 2024. Prior to this role, Caro held various positions at Navan from November 2018 to July 2024, ultimately leading the HR business partner team for North America's R&D sectors and supporting local leadership in the EMEA region.
