Miguel Angel Lena possesses extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Supervisor de Planta at Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing automatic lines for frozen baked products and managing resources. Previously, Miguel Angel was Jefe de Planta at De Conti SA from October 2014 to June 2015, leading a team of 50 personnel and handling production planning and stock control. Miguel Angel's career began at General Mills (La Salteña) from January 1999 to October 2014, initially working as an administrative employee and later advancing to Supervisor de Producción. Miguel Angel holds a Licenciatura en Tecnología de los Alimentos from Universidad Nacional de Lanús (2002-2004).
