At Baptist Health South Florida, Nichole worked as a Billing Coordinator, reconciling various medical visits, and previously held positions such as Oncology Authorization Representative and Administrative Assistant at UnitedHealth Group. Nichole's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from Florida International University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
