Kelly (Jackson) Hernandez currently serves as Associate Vice President of Employee Communications and Change Management at Molina Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading internal communication and change management strategies to support business objectives. With extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and change leadership, Kelly previously held various strategic roles at Jackson Health System, including Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Associate Director of IT Change Management. Early in the career, Kelly worked at Mercy Hospital and Boardroom Communications, gaining expertise in leadership development and media relations. Kelly holds a Master of Public Health from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Spanish from Illinois State University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College.
