Meredith Glass currently serves as Vice President of Global Automotive Sales at Molex since 2023. Previously, Meredith held the position of Vice President of Global Sales at Shape Corp. from 2019 to 2022. A significant portion of Meredith's career was spent at Schaeffler from 2000 to 2019, where roles included Senior Vice President of Global Key Account Management, Director of Sales for Engine Systems North America, Controller for the North America Automotive Division, Special Projects, Program Manager, and Account Executive. Earlier in Meredith's career, experience was gained as a Development & Calibration Engineer at General Motors between 1996 and 2000. Meredith holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BSEME from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
