Rick Waybright is the current Infectious Disease Lab Manager at Molecular Testing Labs. Rick was previously employed as a Community Health Worker from December 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Programs Manager, Office Manager, Parenting Coach, and Executive Assistant at TFP Therapeutic Services from April 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they oversaw office operations, supervised reception staff and volunteers, and billed insurance companies for services provided. Rick also created and maintained forms, updated and maintained the Policy and Procedure Manual/Employee Handbook, and prepared the facility and agency for state inspections and site reviews.

Before their work in the medical field, Rick was self-employed as a landscaper at Affordable Landscape. Rick has also been a P.I.O. Facilitator/ Parenting Coach, conducting classes that educate parents of culturally and economically diverse population with PIO Evidence Based curriculum. The class consists of 24 sessions in 48 hours, which parents attend 4 hours weekly for 12 weeks. Class topics include Emotion Regulation, Emotion Coaching, Effective Listening, Effective Speaking, Effective Problem Solving, Bonding through Play and Reading, Introduction to Human Development, Brain Development, Parenting more than one child, Rules Rewards and Consequences, Time Out and Privilege Removal, Effective Discipline, Building a Family/Parent Identity, Limiting Roles, Nurturing Childrenā€™s Temperaments, Learning your Childā€™s Love Languages, Healthy Relationships and the Effects of Domestic Violence, Sibling Relationships, Managing Sibling Rivalry, The Family System, Values and a Plan for Parenting, Dealing with Behavior Challenges and Advocating for your Child.

Rick Waybright has a Business Administration and Management degree from Treasure Valley Community College. Rick also has certification from the Oregon Health Authority, State of Oregon in Traditional Health Worker and from Pathfinders of Oregon in Parenting Inside Out Facilitator.

They work with Teresa Dodd - Senior Director, Revenue Cycle, Tamra Bowie - Head of Finance, and Sam Gunsleman - Molecular Genetics Lab Manager. Rick Waybright reports to Adam Blackwell, Co-Founder, Head of New Product Development & Laboratory Production.
