Todd is passionate about water quality and how it affects every aspect of the world. He is a recognized leader in surface water management in the southeast United States and utilizes best management practices to improve water quality. Prior to joining Moleaer, Todd served 24 years of growing a lake management company with over 90 employees. Earlier in his career, he operated one of the largest single customer aeration programs in the U.S. He has a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from Iowa State University and 31 years of experience in the surface water industry.
