Shannon Donohue has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. Shannon started their career at Nordstrom in 1990, where they worked as a Regional Visual Merchandising Director and later became a Marketing Director. Shannon then joined American Retail Enterprise as a Visual Director, leading the development of a new retail concept named Screeem!. After that, Shannon joined Starbucks Coffee Company in 2000 as a Marketing Manager, eventually taking on roles such as Group Marketing Manager, Director of Field Marketing Integration, and Director of US Marketing & Promotions. In 2004, they returned to Nordstrom as a Marketing Director, but left after a year to rejoin Starbucks as a Marketing Director for various roles, including Senior Director of Category Brand Management and Senior Director of Marketing Innovation & Global Marketing Planning. In 2015, Shannon became the Head of Marketing at SimplyFun, where they were responsible for brand development and marketing strategy. Most recently, Shannon joined Molbak's Garden + Home in 2022 as the Marketing Director.
Shannon Donohue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which was obtained from Arizona State University between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Shannon attended Spokane Falls Community College, earning an Associate's Degree in Display and Exhibit Design.
