Tommy Moh Ludna currently serves as a QA at Mola, focusing on smoke and sanity testing across various devices, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while collaborating with engineers to address bugs and monitoring resolution processes. Prior experience includes roles in content operations and food running at Traveloka, as well as customer service representation at Transcosmos Indonesia, where Tommy handled customer inquiries, resolved issues efficiently, and demonstrated analytical skills in complex cases. Earlier experience also includes desk collection at Pt Broadsky Technology Indonesia. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo, earned from 2011 to 2018.
