Leandro Marques Buzato began their career in 2011 as a Suporte Técnico at Hayashi Automação. In 2014, they moved to LIBERCON ENGENHARIA LTDA. as an Assistente de Infraestrutura de Ti. In 2016, they joined Exato Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA. as an Analista de ERP PL. In 2020, they became the Coordenador de Customer Success and Onboarding Lead at Mola Corban. As Onboarding Lead, their mission is to empower users of the tool, plan and execute improvements in the onboarding process, and implement KPIs to ensure they are met. As a manager, they are responsible for the project pipeline, capacity planning, remuneration and variable bonuses, recruitment, and the implementation of tools. Leandro also provides 1 to 1 feedback to the team to ensure their development.

Leandro Marques Buzato completed a Técnico em Informatica from Senac São Paulo in 2012, followed by an Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2014. Leandro also obtained certifications from FIAP for Leadership Communication in March 2022, CS Academy for Customer Success Intermediate in June 2021, TI Educacional for Sistema de Gestão Empresarial in April 2019, and Microsoft for Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 in May 2015.
