Alexandra Moldovanu started their career in 2008 at AchieveGlobal as a PR & Marketing Officer. During their time there, they were responsible for creating and implementing marketing and PR strategies, managing online presence, maintaining key partnerships, providing sales support, and coordinating events. In 2013, they joined Corporate Office Solutions as the Marketing & PR Responsible until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at MOL Romania, first as a B2B Marketing Expert and currently as the Corporate Communications Manager.

Alexandra Moldovanu attended Oxford College of Marketing from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Professional Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Customer Experience. Prior to that, they attended Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2006 to 2009, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. Additionally, Alexandra Moldovanu holds several certifications, including being a Certified Email Marketing Specialist, Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist, and Direct-Response Copywriting Specialist, all obtained from DigitalMarketer in March and April of 2020. Alexandra also holds certifications as a Certified trainer in self-assessment psychometric tools, measuring thinking and behavioral styles for individuals and groups, from Human Synergistics in March 2011, and as a Certified trainer from CNFPA in January 2011. In October 2018, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience from the Institutul de Marketing.
