Björn Nelisse is an experienced aviator currently serving as a First Officer for Kalitta Air on the 777 fleet since March 2023. In addition, Björn has held the position of Captain at Mokulele Airlines since October 2018, conducting operations in Hawaii and California, and serves as a Captain and Commercial Pilot for Westwind Air Service since August 2017. Prior roles include Captain at American Aviation, Pilot and First Officer positions at JetMethods and Southern Airways Express, and Commercial Pilot for Plus One Flyers, Inc. Early career experience includes a role as a Ramp Agent at Airport Terminal Services from 2012 to 2014 and CEO of Green Gardening Today from 2009 to 2014. Björn holds a high school diploma from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed pilot training at Coast Flight Training and coursework at Indian Hills Community College in aeronautics.
