Gaurav Adlakha has extensive work experience in the customer success and product management fields. Gaurav began their career as a Software Engineer for L&T Infotech in 2010, followed by a role as a Product Manager for Careers360 in 2012. In 2014, they moved on to CarDekho as a Product Manager, then to NoPaperForms.com as Vice President of Sales and Chief Manager - Business in 2015. In 2018, they took on a role as Senior Manager - Customer Success at LeadSquared, and is currently in the same role at Mojro since 2019.

Gaurav Adlakha obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak between 2004 and 2008.
