Theo Alli has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and engineering. They started their career in 2013 as an Amgen Scholar at Helmholtz Zentrum München, where they conducted research on protein folding mechanisms. Following this, in 2016, Theo worked as an Analyst at Tesco PLC, where they successfully reduced fresh food waste costs through data analytics and stakeholder engagement. They then took a period to strengthen their analytical skillset as an Analyst/Junior Data Scientist, focusing on statistical modeling, machine learning, and Python. In 2018, Theo joined Grainger as a Data Analyst, responsible for business reporting, A/B testing, pricing, and ad-hoc impact analysis. Subsequently, they worked at Bionic as a Senior Data Analyst, before joining RVU as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in 2021. Currently, Theo is working as a Data Engineer at Mojo Mortgages, starting in 2022.

Theo Alli completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Clinical Medicine (Neuroscience) from the University of Cambridge. They attended the university from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications in machine learning, Bayesian statistics, inferential statistics, and linear regression and modeling from Coursera. These certifications were obtained between 2017 and 2018.
