Rachael Cook FCMI CMgr is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Moja since October 2022 and previously held the role of Operations Director. Rachael also works as Operations Manager at Talbot Jones Consultancy Ltd. since January 2022 and has experience as an Associate at TG Consulting Ltd. from April 2022 to October 2022. Earlier in Rachael's career, notable positions included Operations Manager at Smart Resourcing Solutions for nearly four years, where Rachael contributed to designing graduate and apprenticeship programs, and various operational roles at John Lewis spanning from 2000 to 2018, culminating in a leadership role supporting the Head of Branch and the Senior Leadership Team. Rachael holds a Strategic Leadership MSc from Newcastle University Business School, achieved between 2020 and 2023.
