Sooyoung Park has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Operating Officer at the language institute called "Shuddac" since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Shuua for five years, from 2014 to 2019. Sooyoung also worked at Oliver Wyman as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Sooyoung Park obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009.
