Crystal Washington has worked in the sales and customer service industries since 1996. Crystal began their career at Agora Publishing/The Oxford Club as an Assistant to the Executive Director/Project Manager and Customer Service Representative. In 2004, they joined American Office as a Sales Coordinator, a role they held for 18 years. In 2022, they began working as a Project Coordinator for MOI.
Crystal Washington attended Maryland Bible College & Seminary from 1990 to 2000, where they earned an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies. Crystal also attended Notre Dame of Maryland University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications.
