Randy Earley currently serves as the Internal Audit Director for Mohawk Industries North America since August 2022. Prior to this role, Randy held several significant positions, including Vice President of Internal Audit at Cox Enterprises from August 2011 to February 2021, Vice President of Internal Audit at SuperMedia LLC from March 2007 to August 2011, and Director of Internal Audit at Flowserve from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Randy was the Interim General Auditor and Director of Internal Audit at Nortel between 2001 and 2004. Earlier in their career, Randy was Vice President of Credit Card Audit at The Associates/CitiGroup from 1998 to 2001 and Audit Manager at JCPenney from 1984 to 1998. Randy Earley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1980 and 1984.
