Todd Baxter is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, operations management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Commercial Flooring Training Specialist at Mohawk Group since January 2020, Todd trains new sales representatives on market strategies and product knowledge. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Operations Manager at ReTrans, Inc. from January 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing intermodal operations and customer service. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at BSN SPORTS, supporting sales to educational institutions and sports leagues, and as a Full Floor Certified Specialist at Floor & Decor, where expertise in various flooring products was developed. Todd studied General Studies at Gwinnett Technical College from 2006 to 2008.
