Mostafa Raouf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and site management. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources at Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons since September 2008, Mostafa has developed expertise in managing human resources functions within a dynamic corporate environment. Prior to this role, Mostafa held the position of Site Manager at ExxonMobil Egypt from May 2001 to August 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing site operations and ensuring efficient management practices.
