Asha Francis is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management and Emiratization Specialist at BEEAH Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Asha held the position of Senior HR Talent Management Specialist at Mohamed Hilal Group, where key contributions included the development of a Talent Management Framework and the execution of Talent Review and Succession Management processes.
