Guillermo Zancocchia

Player Support Agent at MoGi Group

Guillermo Zancocchia started their work experience in 2006 as a Customer Care Agent at Teleperformance. Guillermo then moved on to work as a General Moderation Coordinator Senior at Keepcon from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Guillermo began working as a Freelance Linguistic Services Specialist, where they translated and proofread academic publications and technical texts. In 2019, they joined MoGi Group as a Player Support Agent, providing comprehensive multilingual player support across various platforms.

Guillermo Zancocchia began their education in 2007 at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, where they pursued a degree in English Literary Translation. Guillermo studied at this institution until 2009. In 2016, Guillermo enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires to obtain a Licenciatura en Letras, with a specialization in Linguistics and Literature. Guillermo is currently pursuing this degree and is expected to graduate in 2022. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, Guillermo attended the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, where they completed a Digital Marketing and Community Management Diploma, focusing on the field of Marketing.
