Ravi Manik is a Senior Engineering Manager at MoEngage since June 2022, previously serving as Director of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Tech Lead at Innovaccer from June 2018 to July 2022. At Goibibo, Ravi held the position of DevOps Tech Lead, focusing on managing infrastructure for high-traffic web services and automating processes using AWS, Python, and Ansible. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead at Innovaccer, where Ravi designed and built Big Data platforms, and as System Engineer at TO THE NEW, managing cloud infrastructure for a video streaming service. Ravi also contributed as a System Engineer at ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd., focusing on production environment operations and task automation. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
