Nate Holmes, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Moeller Aerospace since October 2020, Nate previously held positions as Human Resources Generalist at Kilwins Chocolates Franchise, Inc. and Human Resources Manager at Odawa Casino Resort, where responsibilities included employee relations, benefits management, and compliance with health regulations. With prior experience at Central Michigan University as Benefits Coordinator and HR Assistant, alongside an internship at Quebecor World France, Nate has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR administration and employee engagement. Nate holds an MBA specializing in Value Driven Organizations and a Bachelor of Science in HR Management from Central Michigan University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from North Central Michigan College.
