Sergey Serpikov has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Sergey began their career at Teknosan as a Project Engineer, where they worked on fire alarm systems, building management systems, and clock systems. In 2014, they joined Continental as an Automation Engineer and Electrician Craftsman. During their time there, they worked on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) support, implementation, and development of new functionality, as well as knowledge sharing to personnel. Sergey also modified machines and production lines PLC logic, initiated and managed documents, transferred technology from/to other Continental plants, led a recipe system project, and trained people in electrical and PLC programming. In 2019, they moved to backquiz as a Fullstack Developer. Most recently, they joined Moeco in 2021 as a Back End Developer.

Sergey Serpikov obtained their Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2014. Sergey also completed Programming of 1C Enterprise ERP system courses in 2013 and English Courses in 2011. Additionally, they hold a certification in Siemens PCS7 from Siemens.
