Prior experience includes Operations & Culture Manager at Maître Carré, where responsibilities involved supporting management, overseeing administrative tasks, and managing special projects. Additionally, Sophie operated as a Business Development Advisor while self-employed, assisting companies with project development, business plans, and financial analysis. Earlier work as a Junior Consultant at ALIXIO REVITALIA involved supporting SMEs in securing financial aid through project analysis and business plan development. Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and Innovation from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from ESSEC Business School, complemented by exchange programs at WU Vienna and Plekhanov Russian University.
