Pieter Franken is the Co-founder and Managing Director of ELEVANDI Japan, a not for profit organization dedicated to building the Fintech ecosystem in Japan. Pieter is also the Co-Founder of Japan Fintech Festival, symbolizing the rise in the post-pandemic FinTech world. In addition, Pieter serves as an Adjunct Fellow at Griffith Asia Institute and is the Representative Director and Co-founder of Safecast. Pieter is a Senior Advisor at RegGenome, an Advisor at Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and the Vice Chairman of the Alternative Investment Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Pieter holds a Master's Degree with Honours in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Software Engineering.
