Michael Mulvey is a Mechanical Engineer at Modular Medical, Inc. since December 2021, specializing in Ultra-Sonic Welding (USW) and optimization of manufacturing processes. Key achievements include significant reductions in production time for both leak testing and laser marking, as well as the creation of automated inspection programs using the LM Series Keyence Optical Measuring Machine. Prior experience includes a Research and Development Internship at Alphatec Spine, where Michael designed and modeled various medical device components and coordinated 3D printing projects, alongside working with machine shop equipment. Michael's engineering projects during academic studies included a focus on sustainable practices and robotic design. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego, Michael also possesses a wide range of software and machine shop skills.
