SiewChing Ng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Tour Leader, Ticketing Officer, and Tour Officer at Excellence Holidays Sdn Bhd. SiewChing then moved on to New Shan Travel Service Pte Ltd, where they served as a Retail/Website/Corporate Ticketing Executive from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Travel Consultant at Carlson Wagonlit Travel/G. Stewart Travel Services Ltd. Simultaneously, they also held the position of Senior Travel Coordinator at Swiber Holdings Limited from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they joined Lloyd's Register as a Logistics and Training Coordinator from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they hold the role of Operations Manager - Asia Pacific & Middle East at ModuResources, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operations Lead/Coordinator for the same company from 2017 to June 2021.

SiewChing Ng attended Taylor's College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
