Lorena Cervellini has solid work experience in various roles. Lorena currently works at Modsquad as a Project Manager since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter starting from August 2017. From May 2009 to May 2019, Lorena worked at Instituto Massone S.A. as an Assistant to the Technical Director. Lorena was responsible for planning the annual training plan, writing standard operating procedures, conducting employee training, and implementing traceability systems. Before that, from May 2008 to November 2008, they worked at NorthgateArinso as a Data Management Administrator, handling tasks such as personnel management, data updating, and benefits administration using SAP R/3. Lastly, from July 2006 to November 2007, they worked at IBM as a Lead Agent for Unilever Accounts Payable, where they managed critical and unresolved cases, developed procedures, trained and evaluated teams, and provided feedback to management.

Lorena Cervellini completed their education at the University of Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Lic. Psicolog铆a (Psychology). Lorena has also obtained several additional certifications, including Learning LinkedIn Recruiter and People Analytics from LinkedIn in October 2019. In September 2019, they obtained certifications in Aprende LinkedIn Recruiter (2018), Fundamentos de ITIL: La concepci贸n de servicios, Recursos humanos: Contrataci贸n IT, and Recursos humanos: C贸mo entrevistar a candidatos de trabajo, all from LinkedIn.
