Lindsay Hawkins currently serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Modon since November 2023 and is a Board Member at ExCeL London since June 2024. Previously, Lindsay held the position of Director, Group Center of Excellence at ALDAR from March 2021 to November 2023, where responsibility included establishing the Center of Excellence function and overseeing Organizational Excellence and Governance across the Aldar Group. Prior roles include Director of Strategy & Performance Management at Modon Properties, Director of Operations at Teyaseer-AD, and various leadership positions at Atkins, EY, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young. Lindsay's academic background includes a Master of Business in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business in International and E-Business, both from Queensland University of Technology.
