Colleen McGinley is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ModMed since March 2022, following a successful tenure at The Breakers Palm Beach from May 2014 to March 2022, where roles included Assistant Director of Reservations and Reservations Manager. Throughout Colleen's career, responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service, implementing new property management systems, and fostering relationships with luxury travel agents. Colleen also demonstrated expertise in guest relations, managing guest stays in accordance with Forbes/AAA standards, coordinating concierge services, and training new team members.
