Arkadiy Avrorov has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design and management. Arkadiy currently works as the UX Design Manager (Design Lead) at Modernizing Medicine, where they lead the UX team strategy, research, and design solutions for various platforms. Arkadiy previously worked as a Sr. UX/UI Designer at SayWhat Hearing, ADT, Neotech Solutions, ChenMed, Pureplay Research, and PeerThis, where they focused on improving user experience, creating visual assets, and developing front-end solutions. In addition to their design work, Arkadiy has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art, teaching courses and providing advisory support for the UX program.

Arkadiy Avrorov earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Arkadiy went on to pursue a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Interactive Media from the University of Miami, which they completed in 2018.
