Amod Paudel is currently serving as an Engineer in Training at Modjeski and Masters since August 2023, while also pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, where research focuses on the comparison of partial debonding provisions in bridge design. As a graduate student since August 2021, projects include designing and analyzing prestressed concrete bridge girder sections. Prior experience includes working as a Civil Engineer for the Government of Nepal from November 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities encompassed structural analysis of bridges and highway design. Amod Paudel earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University between November 2010 and November 2014. Additionally, volunteer work involved conducting a feasibility analysis for the addition of a jersey barrier on the 11th Street Bridge in Kentucky.
