Sapna Goswami has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sapna is currently working as a Senior Director of Payroll at Modivcare since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr Manager of Payroll at Shake Shack from October 2020 to April 2023. From October 2017 to October 2020, Sapna worked as a Payroll Manager at Novartis. Before that, they were a Team Lead at Quest Diagnostics from August 2014 to October 2017. Sapna also has experience working at ADP as a Senior Payroll Tax Compliance Analyst from September 2013 to August 2014 and at Quest Diagnostics as a Payroll Analyst from February 2004 to August 2013. Sapna began their career as an Office Manager at A G Color from January 2003 to February 2004 and also worked briefly as a Webmaster/Customer Service at ILW.COM in 2000.

Sapna Goswami earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai from 1984 to 1987.
