Paul Valdez has a significant amount of experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Paul has held positions at Modivcare as a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Charter Communications for ten years, where they held the position of Director of Video Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for executive reporting, business operations analytics, forecasting, and budgeting. Paul also managed a team of consultants to develop a data warehouse and oversaw the analysis of financial and operational results. Before Charter Communications, Valdez worked as a Consultant at Aleutian Consulting, where they built pricing models and conducted research and analysis on product revenue and subscriber activity. Paul also worked at Qwest Communications, Valdez Consulting, DIRECTV, and TCI in various director-level roles focused on pricing, product management, finance, and analysis.

Paul Valdez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Regis University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Paul later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at the University of Colorado Denver from 1991 to 1992.
