Anne O'Neill obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Management from Indiana University Bloomington from 1984 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Lake Forest High School from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Anne has also obtained certifications including the Park University 21st Women's Leadership Program from the American Business Women's Association - National in 2018, and the ABWA/Kansas University MBA Essentials from the same institution in 2016.
