Michael Bolgar has worked in the entertainment industry since 2006. Michael began their career as an Agents Assistant at ICM Partners. In 2008, they were an Assistant Company Manager for Grease at The Charlotte Wilcox Company. Michael then moved on to become an Assistant Company Manager for Jersey Boys at Dodger Properties LLC in 2006. In 2009, they were an Assistant Company Manager for Ragtime and a Management Assistant at The Producing Office. In 2010, they were an Associate Company Manager for Elf: The Musical and an Assistant Company Manager for Come Fly Away at The Charlotte Wilcox Company. In 2011, they were an Associate Company Manager for The Lion King - National Tour at The Walt Disney Company. Michael then became a Company Manager for Bring It On: The Musical at 321 Theatrical Management. In 2013, they were a Company Manager for The Testament of Mary at Thompson Turner Productions and a Company Manager for Aladdin and Frozen at The Walt Disney Company. In 2021, they began their current role as a Senior Project Manager at Modicum, where they are responsible for problem solving, client contact, and managing design service requests for global B2C and B2B assets. Michael also manages a team of designers/artists/animators and is responsible for scoping and managing multi-faceted live, broadcast and hybrid launch events.
Michael Bolgar obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Michigan between 2002 and 2006. Michael then went on to obtain several certifications, including OSHA 30 / General Industry Safety from 360training in December 2020, OSHA 10 / General Entertainment Safety from IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund in September 2020, Certified Member (Manager) from ATPAM in August 2009, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in December 2020, and Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in April 2018.
