She then moved on to various roles in product development, sourcing, and design with companies like P.E Nation and M.J. Bale. In 2019, she founded Charissa Lanham Consulting, a creative consultancy. She also has experience in brand strategy and innovation management. Charissa Lanham currently serves as the Design and Innovation Director at Modibodi. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion from the Whitehouse Institute of Design.
