Michele Paglia is an experienced IT Support Technician currently working at Modiano & Partners since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michele served as a Tecnico delle telecomunicazioni at CDLAN from January 2020 to October 2022, focusing on networking, systems, and VoIP. Additionally, Michele worked as a Helpdesk IT, responsible for 24/7 monitoring of the data center, service management, and issue resolution.
