Ziad Harmouche currently serves as Associate Director of QA Operations DP at Moderna, overseeing Quality topics for Italy DP CMOs and fostering collaboration to enhance Quality as a strategic partner. With previous roles as Senior Manager of QA Operations for the Rest of World team and Manager of QA Operations during the Covid pandemic, Ziad has extensive experience in managing multiple DP CMOs across various countries and optimizing batch release processes. Prior positions include QA team manager at Novartis, QA responsible for highly active oncology compounds and batch release at Sanofi, and roles at Unither Pharmaceuticals, L'Oréal, and Sanofi Pasteur. Ziad holds multiple degrees in pharmacy and engineering, including a Doctor of Pharmacy from Université Paris Cité and a Master of Engineering from Chimie ParisTech - PSL.
