Jasmine Brevard is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) compliance oversight. Currently serving as a Senior DBE Compliance Coordinator at Modern Times, Inc. since November 2022, Jasmine plays a pivotal role in monitoring and enforcing DBE compliance on large-scale P3 projects. Prior to this, Jasmine held positions as a DBE Compliance Officer at Armand Resource Group Inc. and as a DBE Compliance Coordinator at Modern Times, Inc., managing compliance on behalf of MTA and prime contractors respectively. Earlier experience includes working as a Community Developer/Case Manager at the Department of Social Services from 2006 to 2017. Jasmine is actively pursuing a degree at Bowie State University.
