Eric Benaim is the President and CEO of Modern Spaces, a position held since July 2008, where oversight includes daily operations, recruitment, and management of pre-development marketing for over $7 billion in transactions across 6,000 units. Benaim also serves as Principal at BenaimXPartners and Managing Spaces, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Long Island City Partnership and the Advisory Board for Mount Sinai Queens. Previous roles include General Partner at Titan Abstract Title and positions as an Associate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Agent at various firms. Benaim holds a background in marketing from DoSomething.org and received education from New York University from 1999 to 2001.
