Tim DiBerardino is an experienced associate broker at Modern Real Estate, where tenure began in May 2010 and continues to the present day. Additionally, Tim has served as the owner and supervisor of IMPROV BUILDERS, LLC since January 2004, overseeing design-build, general contracting, home inspection, and real estate services while managing all operational phases. Prior experience includes roles as lead carpenter at Rosewood Construction and Monsoon Construction, with responsibilities involving high-end custom home projects, crew supervision, and customer relations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University, where studies also encompassed finance, real estate, accounting, and management.
