Andrew Nicholls has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a 2nd Line Team Manager and previously as a Technical Support Engineer at Modern Networks since November 2017. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an IT & Telecoms Technical Engineer at Sprint Convergence Ltd from August 2016 to September 2017. Andrew's career began at RTS UK Ltd, where responsibilities included Restaurant Services Management from May 2007 to May 2016. Key accomplishments include the initial installation and development of SCCM, SCOM, and Solarwinds, as well as technical reporting on the desktop environment using SCCM/SMS for asset management and operational improvements.
