Wes Haddon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at American Pool Service, Inc., and later became a Manager until 2014. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as a B Corp Intern at HQ Raleigh, where they undertook projects to improve triple bottom line operations. In 2015, they also served as a Startup Consultant at the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic, providing pro-bono consulting to startups. Wes joined Rubicon Project in 2016, where they worked as a Startup Marketing Strategist and later as a Growth Manager. While there, they assisted in strategic development, implemented campaigns, conducted growth hacking and A/B testing, and built data analytics tools. In 2018, Wes joined Curious Elixirs as Head of Growth, scaling marketing and operations for a direct-to-consumer booze-free cocktail subscription. Wes founded BIGFOOT in 2017, an all-remote modular team of marketers, creators, and developers, where they scaled startups across multiple locations. Currently, Wes is a Co-Founder and CMO at Modern Mammals, working on an alternative to shampoo for men.
Wes Haddon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Entrepreneurship from North Carolina State University, studying from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended Copenhagen Business School for a short period, focusing on Global Marketing but did not obtain a degree. Before their time at North Carolina State University, Wes pursued Mechanical Engineering partially at the University of South Carolina, from 2012 to 2014.
