Joice Doutel has a vast experience in various roles within different companies. Joice started working as a Coordenadora de Projetos at High Value in 1997 and stayed there until 2004. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Vivo from 2003 to 2007. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Indra as an Analista de Sistemas/Gerente de Projetos. In 2007, they joined Gol Linhas Aéreas as a Gerente de Projetos and worked there for a year before moving to Azul Linhas Aéreas in 2008, where they continued as a Gerente de Projetos until 2012. Since 2012, Joice has been part of MODERN Logistics, starting as a Corporate Planning Director, then becoming the Vice President, and currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer.

Joice Doutel completed their education in the following sequence:

- From 1995 to 1998, they attended ETESP - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, majoring in Processamento de Dados.

- Joice then pursued their Graduação in Administração de Empresas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1998 to 2002.

- Next, from 2002 to 2005, they obtained a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Engenharia de Processos no Desenvolvimento de Software from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista.

- In 2006, they completed a preparatory course for the PMP certification exam, specializing in Gerenciamento de Projetos, from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista.

- Lastly, they pursued and completed an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, from 2010 to 2012.
