Matt Sweny started their work experience in 1987 at Modern Industries Inc. Matt initially worked in Sales Engineering from April 1987 to December 1992. In January 1992, they became the VP Materials/Purchasing Manager, a position they currently hold.

In 1991, they also briefly worked at Modern Heat Treating Div. as a Customer Service representative from January to December.
